The Most Fertile Days for Women

Would you like to know which days carry the most opportunity for pregnancy? The most fertile time of the month for a woman is a fairly straightforward thing to explain. There are some general guidelines that will apply to almost every woman, however I must stipulate that not all women are the same. There can be variations and mitigating factors to consider. Even though, if you have the basic facts then you can reasonably determine when you will have the best chance to achieve fertilization. I will give you some straight answers here and cover some simple details so you’ll be prepared.

Tracking the Menstrual Cycle

Due to the way female reproduction works, the optimal window for becoming pregnant is roughly two weeks after menstruation begins. Most women experience a cycle of 28 or 29 days, so you could refer to this as her monthly schedule, however it won’t track perfectly with the calendar months. It’s vital that the woman keeps tabs on exactly when she usually starts and when things come to a conclusion of sorts. There’s roughly a 5-7 day period in the middle of this cycle when she will be in an optimal state to have success.

Here’s an example: If a woman’s period starts on the 1st of the month then her most fertile days to conceive will be around the 13th to the 20th. Just make sure that two weeks after menstruation you’ve already had intercourse a few times and will continue engaging in the activity for at least a few days longer.

Frequent Sexual Intercourse Does Not Necessarily Help

One fact you should keep in mind is that having more frequent romantic encounters doesn’t mean pregnancy will be two or three times more likely to occur. When the sperm is deposited it retains the ability to create a pregnancy for much longer than a few hours. In fact, it could happen the next day. Of course, if you want to have fun and hook up multiple times each day that’s perfectly fine. But, it’s not a requirement.

What you could do, if time is not so plentiful, is plan an intercourse session when near the two week mark of the woman’s cycle. Have another encounter a few days later and then once more a few days after that. This approach will give you a fairly good shot at creating a life. Using such a time table is best if there are pressing concerns that restrict access to alone time. Maybe a job or other obligations get in the way. The important thing to know here is that you don’t have to copulate nonstop to make a kid.

The Woman’s Cycle Isn’t Perfect

Here’s one more thing to consider. The menstruation cycle isn’t perfect forever. Some women will end up having shorter or longer periods for a variety of reasons. This could happen due to stress, eating habits, or even genetic health issues. This means two things. First, if you can enjoy intercourse more often than a few times during the middle of a predicted cycle then do so. It could very well be that any given month’s cycle is going to end up being short or long. Therefore, making a deposit throughout the month could potentially make a significant impact.

Secondly, if you are trying to avoid getting pregnant at a specific time then you should be careful to note that it could still occur even if you are not in the middle of your cycle. I’ve met several women that wanted to conceive on a particular date or during certain times of the year. Some of the reasons are silly and others sound reasonable. One woman I met wanted to conceive on the 25th-28th because those were here favorite numbers. She didn’t want to get pregnant on the 2nd-5th because she didn’t like those dates. This makes no sense to most of us, but there you have it. An example of somewhat reasonable planning would be another lady I came across years ago. She wanted to have the birth land close to her grandfather’s birthday for sentimental value.

At any rate, if you keep track of the menstruation cycle and plan intercourse sessions accordingly then you should have little trouble putting buns in the oven. If you do meet adversity just keep in mind that there’s no obstacle you can’t overcome if you have the desire and motivation.
